Nuvista started its journey since 1964 as Organon (Bangladesh) a subsidiary of Organon International, the human healthcare business unit of Akzo Nobel, based in the Netherlands.

Effective July 1, 2006 Organon International announced its interests in Organon (Bangladesh) Ltd. would divest and effective December 2006, the name of the company would be changed to Nuvista Pharma Limited. Today, Nuvista Pharma in many respects remains the same. We continue to source superior quality APIs from around the world to ensure the highest quality in all our manufactured medicine, in keeping with our lasting ‘Commitment to Human Health Care’ and truly ‘Believing in a Happier Tomorrow.’
